White spots appearing on the skin is a Vitiligo patient or suffering from leucoderma diesease caused by the dysfunctional of melanocyte celles that produces pigment to control and maintain the skin color. Melanocyte cells can be found in the epidermis where they produce a melanin pigment that protects the ultraviolet radiation and gives skin color.
Vitiligo patients can be found at any age, but mostly found between the ages of 20 and 30. Vitiligo patients carry such white spot appearances on the face, neck, armpits, groin, hands or knees. It could be started with small white spots and carry on spreading entire body if not stopped. Presently, there are about 1 percent Vitiligo patients of the world population.
